TierBid is a place to buy your company a seat. Five tiers — S, A, B, C, D — each priced in the open, each with a fixed number of seats. The tier you sit in is what people see. You pick a budget, you take a seat, you're on the board. Here's how it works.

Five tiers, S down to D, each with its own price and a fixed number of seats, all on one page. Right now 0 seats are taken and 53 are open. A higher tier costs more, holds fewer companies, and gets more eyes. When a tier is full, you get in by taking a seat from the company paying the least for it.
Your budget picks your tier.
Say you run Northwind and you're willing to spend $1,000. Each tier has an entry price; you land in the highest tier your budget clears. Today that's A-tier. Inside a tier, seats are ordered by bid, and the tier is the point: a visitor sees you sitting in A alongside the other A companies.
One rule keeps it honest: once anyone is in a tier, you pay at least 5% more than its cheapest seat, even with seats free. Every new seat costs more than the last one sold.
Someone has to move.
A-tier has room today, so you slide in. But when it's full, your bid pushes out its cheapest listing — say Acme — who drops to B. If B is full, its cheapest drops to C. One bid can ripple through every tier below you.

Every company stays visible. One pushed below D lands in honourable mentions — a flat list under the board, still at its old bid, still clickable — and can take a new seat any time. Come back to a tier you held within 30 days and the charge is 10% off. The seat itself is still won on the bid alone.
Today is the cheapest it will ever be.
Every seat sold lifts that tier's entry price by 3%, and prices only move up. The next founder pays more for the same tier than you did. Early seats are cheaper today and worth more tomorrow.

Pay the next tier's entry price and jump. Your old seat opens behind you; the cascade runs in your favour.
